Retrieve a single AI log by its ID, together with a snapshot of the context the AI used to answer it: the generated assets (charts, dashboards, ...), the datasets and columns with their AI context as they were at that moment, the dashboard AI context, the custom context, and the Embed token filters and security filters that were applied.

The detailStatus property indicates whether this snapshot is available:

  • ready : the snapshot is returned in detail .

  • pending : the snapshot is still being stored. This can take up to a minute after the AI log was created, so try again later.

  • unavailable : no snapshot was stored for this AI log. detail is null .

The value of a chart or dashboard asset is null when it can no longer be safely shown, e.g. because you no longer have access to one of its datasets.

The same access rules and retention period as for Search AILog apply. An unknown ID, or the ID of an AI log outside your organization or the retention period, returns a 404 error.

organization_id UUID

Unique key of the organization the AI log belongs to.

suborganization_id STRING

Suborganization of the Embed token that triggered the AI log.

user_id UUID

Unique key of the user who triggered the AI log.

user OBJECT

User who triggered the AI log. Only returned when no attributes are specified. Contains null values if you have no access to the user.

Type of the authorization that triggered the AI log.

Luzmo feature through which the AI interaction was triggered.

agent STRING

AI agent that handled the request. Empty when the request was out of scope before it reached an agent.

routed_to ARRAY[STRING]

Agents the request was routed to.

Whether the request was automatically routed to an agent.

task STRING

Task the agent performed.

conversation_id UUID

Unique key of the AI conversation the AI log belongs to.

message_id UUID

Unique key of the AI message of the response.

parent_message_id UUID

Unique key of the AI message the request replied to.

prompt STRING

Prompt sent to the AI.

response_text STRING

Text of the AI response.

response_summary STRING

Short summary of the response, e.g. chart , dashboard or 3 suggestions .

result_types ARRAY[STRING]

Types of results in the response, e.g. text , chart , dashboard or formula .

Number of results in the response.

dataset_ids ARRAY[STRING]

Datasets involved in the AI interaction.

Whether the AI interaction succeeded.

out_of_scope BOOLEAN

Whether the request was out of scope for the AI.

Whether the request was cancelled.

failure_reason STRING

Reason why the AI interaction failed.

feedback_rating NUMBER

Feedback rating the user gave on the response: 1 (positive), -1 (negative), 0 (seen but not rated) or null (no feedback).

flagged BOOLEAN

Whether the AI log is flagged.

trace_id STRING

Trace ID of the request, as a 32-character lowercase hexadecimal string.

request_id STRING

Unique key of the request.

locale_id STRING

Locale of the request, e.g. en .

origin_domain STRING

Domain the request originated from.

started_at DATETIME

Moment the AI started processing the request.

ended_at DATETIME

Moment the AI finished processing the request.

created_at DATETIME

Moment the AI log was created.

datasets ARRAY[OBJECT]

Datasets involved in the AI interaction. A dataset only contains null values if you have no access to it or if it was deleted.
