AI logs record every interaction with Luzmo's AI features (Luzmo IQ, AI chart and dashboard generation, AI formulas, AI summaries, ...), whether they were triggered in the Luzmo application, in an embedded component, through the Core API or through the Luzmo MCP server. Each AI log represents one turn: the prompt, the response, the agent that handled it, the datasets and assets involved, the latency and the outcome. Turns of the same conversation share a conversation_id .

AI logs are read-only: they cannot be created or updated through the API, and they cannot be included in other resources.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Only organization owners and admins can retrieve AI logs.

  • AI logs must be enabled for your organization's plan, otherwise the request returns an error.

  • Logs are kept for a 30-day retention period. Only logs created within the last 30 days are returned. A created_at.gte filter that is older than the retention window is replaced by the start of the window.

  • Results are always scoped to your organization, and include the AI logs of all users in it.

  • Only the filters, attributes and order fields listed below are supported. Unknown properties (including include ) result in a validation error.

  • Results are ordered by created_at (newest first) by default.

Use Detail AILog to retrieve a single AI log together with the context that was used to answer it, and Conversation AILog to retrieve all turns of a conversation.
